Therapy for the sensitive ones who don’t get to fall apart.
Reconnect with the part of you that knows who you are beneath the noise. Through trauma-informed therapy in Corpus Christi, Texas, Sage & Shadows Counseling invites you to embrace every part of yourself, the light, the shadow, and everything in between.
You’re not here by accident.
Some part of you, worn or tender yet quietly strong, longs to be seen.
You’re carrying the weight of invisible wounds. The pressure to stay composed. The exhaustion of giving more than you receive. Somewhere along the way, surviving became the goal, staying small felt safer, and control felt necessary.
But surviving isn’t the same as living.
You’re not too much. You’re not broken. You don’t have to do this alone.
At Sage & Shadows, therapy is more than talk.
It’s a return to your truth. To speak what’s never been spoken. To reclaim boundaries that were blurred or broken. To explore the parts of you that have been silenced or shamed. To find rest in relationships that don’t require you to shrink.
Why Choose Sage & Shadows Counseling?
Therapy is about creating real change from the inside out. From the very first sessions, you’ll learn practical, grounding tools that help your nervous system feel steadier and your inner world feel safer. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface, listen to what your body holds, and make space to help you understand yourself more deeply and start to feel safe within your own skin.
At Sage & Shadows Counseling, I believe healing is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming home to your true Self.

“Sage & Shadows Counseling was created in honor of my mother, a wise woman who taught me and those close to her the power of quiet strength and reflection. The name embodies the heart of her teachings. Sage represents wisdom, peace, and protection. Shadows represents the hidden parts of ourselves that hold the deepest healing. Together, they represent the journey of becoming whole, where clients are supported in exploring their inner world and emerging more grounded, self-aware, and at peace.”
I understand how difficult that first step can be.
Therapy has been on your mind, but life keeps moving, and the timing never feels quite right. The thought of starting over, of finding the right guide, can feel overwhelming.
I see you.
That’s why I offer a Free 20-minute consultation, a soft place to land, ask questions, and explore if our work together feels aligned. No pressure. Just presence.
